This policy explains what CHSK collects, how it is used and stored, and your rights.
1. Information we collect
- Account: phone, email, or Apple/WeChat sign-in identifier (to create and sign in to your account).
- Learning data: practice attempts, accuracy, weak characters, XP/rank, unlocks and settings (to sync progress and give feedback).
- Device & logs: app version, build, device model, OS version (for troubleshooting and improvement).
We do not collect information unrelated to the learning service, and we do not sell your personal data.
2. How we use it
Only to provide and sync learning features, generate reports, secure your account, improve the product, and contact you when you submit feedback.
3. Storage & retention
Data is stored on our servers located in mainland China. We retain your data while you use the service; after you delete your account we delete or anonymize your personal data, except where retention is required by law.
4. Third parties
- SMS verification codes may be delivered via a third-party SMS provider (phone + code only).
- "Sign in with Apple / WeChat" is provided by those platforms under their own policies.
We do not otherwise share your personal data with third parties.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. In the app: Me → Delete Account, or Me → Feedback to request an export or ask privacy questions.
6. Minors
If you are a minor, please use the service with the consent and guidance of a guardian.
7. Changes
We may update this policy and will prominently notify you in the app.
